Why we're asking

Faith communities carry so much.

Grief, stress, caregiving, conflict, hope, resilience — but how often is that experience actually asked about, listened to, and understood?

FaithWellBeingConnect exists to change that. We're gathering honest accounts of the personal life events, stressors, and mental health experiences of African American parishioners — and using what we learn to help churches offer better, more informed support to the people in their pews and their pulpits.

There are no right or wrong answers here. Just your experience, in your own words, on your own terms.

What to expect

Three things worth knowing.
